Hearst Digital Magazines is looking for a Programmatic Sales Director to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meet and exceed revenue targets while focusing on driving profitable growth in our programmatic direct (PMP and PG) business.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Responsible for all programmatic direct advertising revenue within the assigned list of holding company accounts.
• Utilize programmatic sales experience tapping into existing and new relationships to maintain and grow programmatic partnerships.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and build valuable relationships across internal groups including ad product, data studio, video partnerships, programmatic operations etc.
• Consistent education surrounding the latest technology, trading platforms, and marketing trends is crucial.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
• 5+ years of direct experience in the programmatic media ecosystem (DSP, SSP, trading desk, Agency)
• Self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in a 'startup' and agile environment
• Passion for digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and customer relationship management
• Desire to be a subject matter expert within the organization, with the opportunity to help shape Hearst Digital Magazines' premium programmatic sales strategy for the future

The base salary for this role is between $149,000-$158,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
