HearstMade is the in-house branded content studio for all of Hearst Magazines. Through a combination of data-driven insight and editorial instinct, we create stories that not only get attention but drive action. We are looking for a well-rounded Production Coordinator to join our team of editors, designers, photo and video producers and talent bookers in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Your Impact:
HearstMade is looking for a Production Coordinator to monitor and manage the production of digital ad products across all our publications. This role will involve reviewing assets for each campaign to ensure they align with our design requirements. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with experience coordinating between teams; adaptable and flexible; level-headed and is a skilled problem solver.
Resonsibilities:
What You'll Do
• Maintain expert-level understanding of Hearst's ad products and associated capabilities and constraints
• Prepare client-facing documents including program kick-off call materials, production timelines, spec sheets, etc.
• Partner with and act as a resource for the Sales and Account Management teams and advise on ad creative types, designs and formats to ensure client KPIs are met
• Gather and verify required assets for ad product creation from internal teams and ensure Sales Activation team members acquire all necessary external materials
• Build ad products using Hearst systems as needed (internal CMS, Google Ad Manager, Celtra, etc.)
• Work with Optimization Managers to ensure seamless transition of completed products with finalized click and impression tracker components where appropriate
• Manage multiple design projects with keen attention to detail with the support of the Creative director, Studio Producer, and designers
• Proficient knowledge of project management tools like Airtable
Qualifications:
Who You Are
• 1 -3 years of professional experience in production operations-focused role, preferably including digital magazine media and in-house video production, creative agency or relevant roles
• Passionate about digital media with a keen understanding of the production process
• Keen understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud, namely photoshop, premiere pro and illustrator
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strategic and critical thinker
• Team player
• Fast learner
The base salary for this role is between $50,000-60,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
