Town & Country is looking for a Fashion Assistant to join their tight-knit market team, covering fashion and accessories. The ideal candidate is upbeat, organized and efficient, with impeccable taste and strong attention to detail.

What you'll do:
• Manage/Hire closet assistant freelancers
• Correspond with brands for pulls and returns
• Schedule and track messenger deliveries and pick ups
• Provide administrative support to the Fashion & Accessories Director
• Coordinate LORs for fine jewelry
• Schedule guards for shoots when necessary
• Update senior staff members on status of requests
• Schedule fashion week appointments, ticketing and travel for senior staff members
• Reach out to brands for look books, line sheets and contacts
• Create carnets for international shoots

Who you are:
• You have at least six months to a year of experience working in the fashion closet of a national fashion magazine
• You have a strong interest in fashion, not just fashion publications
• You function well in a fast-paced environment and have a strong administrative background
• You have a good attitude, are open-minded and have top notch organization skills

The base salary for this role is between $50,000 - $51,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
