Job Description
The Executive Director, Agency Development & Partnerships will serve as the primary link between Agency Holding Company leadership and Hearst Magazines. In this role you will focus on evangelizing Hearst Magazines cross platform and data and insight led capabilities while advancing and growing strategic partnerships. This is done through the development, negotiation, and management of enterprise level contracts with Hearst's largest clients and agency holding company partners.

Resonsibilities:

What You'll Do
• Evangelize Hearst Magazines as a leading brand building and KPI driving platform in the eyes of all Agency constituents.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Hearst's go to market strategy for agency leads with a specific focus on Agency leadership, decision makers and executives.
• Act as liaison between agency partners and Hearst to understand and voice market needs and help inform go to market strategy
• Work in partnership with Finance and Sales teams to architect, negotiate and manage enterprise level contracts and JBPs at the agency and client level
• Manage all Holding Company QBR's, Monthly and Bi-weekly meetings
• Analyze and report on Holding Company Media Investments
• Introduce relevant new ad products, tentpole and content opportunities to Agency Partners.
• Organize and hold Quarterly internal meetings with Sales Org to report back on our progress
• Act as the primary contact for Agency team inquires and route to the right team within Hearst

Qualifications:

Who You Are
• 7+ years of Agency Development and/or cross platform Media Sales
• Existing contacts consisting of Senior Agency and Holding company executives; Deep understanding of value exchange between agencies and publishers and JBP experience
• Extensive experience in digital and print media contract architecture and execution
• Foundational knowledge of print, with a deep understanding of digital, social and programmatic advertising
• Deep knowledge of cross platform advertising sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work cross functionally across multiple teams while focusing on the ''larger picture'' and strategy of the organization

This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.

The base salary for this role is between $163,000 to $195,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
