The Hearst Lifestyle Group is seeking a detail-oriented Editorial Business Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with a can-do attitude. This position will assist the Good Housekeeping, Prevention and Woman's Day teams with administrative tasks, such as on-boarding new hires, processing bills and payments, creating contracts, office management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What You'll Do:
• Work closely with the editorial staff and the legal team to produce contracts.
• Process invoices, keep track of payments and trouble-shoot issues or delays.
• On-board new hires and contractors.
• Handle IT tickets and requests.
• Assist with office management and organization.
• Administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
Who You Are:
• A detail-oriented multitasker who can succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who loves solving problems and is able to work with different personalities.
• A strong communicator who is comfortable reaching out to everyone on the team.
• Must be comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must have at least one-year of experience working in an office environment, assisting a team.
The base salary for this role is between $50,000 and $53,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
