Your Impact:

Hearst Magazines Media is looking for a Coordinator to join our Partnerships team. As a Partnerships Coordinator you will support key initiatives such as pitching, publishing and content optimization on large partners including Apple News, Snapchat and Microsoft.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital or social media, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. If you are smart, proactive and a social native who has a passion for media and a knack for spotting audience trends, you will be set up for success. Enthusiasm for content distribution and experience with data analysis is a plus!

What You Will Do:
• Maintain performance trackers and databases to help inform strategy for partners.
• Work with team members and external partners to conduct various platform content/marketing tests and communicate insights.
• Assist with pitching and content scheduling for text partners including MSN, Yahoo, and Apple News and scheduling for select video partners like Snapchat.
• Create monthly data & revenue reporting for platforms across several partners.
• Support partnership lead in creating and maintaining best practices materials.
• Support healthy content syndication volume by troubleshooting content distribution obstacles across partners.

Who You Are:
• 1-2 years of experience in digital media or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze and interpret data into clear reports and visualizations.
• Strategic thinker who can use data to craft creative concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel , and Google Analytics preferred.
• Social, editorial, and video experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with an ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Strong familiarity with our media brands and content.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
