Hearst Media Solutions (HMS) is a full-service, data-driven, corporate-level sales and marketing organization, representing Hearst Magazine's 30 industry-leading media brands (including Cosmopolitan, Elle, Esquire and Delish) in the advertising marketplace. HMS is tasked with marketing our offerings across multiple platforms (digital, social, video and print) to the industry at large, with an emphasis on digital capabilities, content and commerce. HMS also serves as the dissemination point for most emerging digital products and services for the Hearst Magazines, and anchors our sales training practice. The team's goal is to deliver solutions-oriented marketing opportunities to the advertising community, powering revenue growth across all of Hearst Magazines.

Your impact:

The Coordinator, Marketing & Sales Enablement will contribute to ad sales marketing efforts for HMS, focusing on multiple categories which may include beauty, fashion, retail and entertainment. The role will also support our critical Sales Training function, managing all logistical work to enable our in-person and remote/on-demand training programs. The role reports to one of the division's Marketing Directors, as well as to the Director of Sales Training. The mandate in this role is to help create revenue-generating, industry-leading solutions that leverage Hearst's editorial power, integrity, innovative advertising products and opportunities, data capabilities, and internal and external partnerships, all in the service of meeting client objectives. Additionally, this person will manage all activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), including, but not limited to content upload and assignment, class scheduling and registrations, creation and management of curricula, creating, running and scheduling progress and needs reports, and curation of content.

This is a critical role that requires a generalist – someone who can write well, work pro-actively and independently, manage varied tasks, and project manage with dexterity, thoroughness, and attention to detail. The marketing role will focus on smaller-budget projects in a variety of categories with strong potential to grow into managing larger-scale projects over time.

What you'll do:
• Aid in ideating and developing customized, story-telling-driven solutions in response to digital and integrated RFPs, collaborating with Sales, Branded Content Editors, Ad Product Teams, Media Planners
• Project manage the development of smaller-scale pitch decks, gathering and disseminating information as needed and monitoring timelines
• Assist in creating strategic, category-driven client presentations for sales development, focusing on data insights and core brand equities
• Respond to email communications sent to Training alias
• Coordinate Training schedule and calendar of events
• Create and manage bulk of project management boards on Monday.com
• Coordinate marketing plan and Slack communications for HMS Training and International Training channels
• Organize and manage Cloud file storage for HMS Training
• Assist in ad hoc training of hard skills like HearstEDGE, Webex, Teams, Slack, and more, including but not limited to IAB website uploads

Who you are:
• Excellent writer who can communicate creative ideas in a clear, concise, vivid and engaging manner
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the media industry and Hearst's brands, with strong understanding of digital, social and video media
• Extremely well organized, adept at supporting multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working with one's managers for support in prioritizing work.
