Job Description
Campaign Managers work closely and in partnership with our Account Managers and Program Managers to ensure all campaigns are launched successfully and optimized to exceed client goals. The Campaign Manager coordinates the creative, trafficking, reporting, and billing needs for the client. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage critical follow-up on various issues.

The job requires daily use of Google Ads Manager, uploading client 3rd Party tags and creative, testing and QA of custom rich media units, pulling and analyzing reporting, and campaign optimization.

Campaign Management interfaces daily across internal teams; candidates must possess excellent communication skills and familiarity with the technical aspects of online advertising.

What You'll Do
• Responsible for the implementation and optimization of all digital media campaigns.
• Partner daily with Sales and Client Success teams, acting as their ad-ops and optimization expert.
• Manage post-sale digital campaign implementation (collect campaign assets traffic, thoroughly QA third-party tags, and align with reporting and performance expectations)
• Campaign Optimization (monitor campaign pacing to meet client KPIs, provide optimization recommendations and work with AM & PM to implement, and proactively flag issues with trafficking or reporting to ensure complete delivery of campaigns)
• Manage mapping of clients' 3P systems and ensure those mappings are correctly and consistently maintained in our internal systems.
• Own reporting (provide internal and external reporting and work with AMs & PMs on comprehensive wrap reports highlighting top-performing elements, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns)
• Work with Finance on accurate billing and 3rd Party reporting if necessary
• Support the Account Management Team in investigating and resolving billing disputes
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards in ad technology, including ad verification, viewability, and programmatic ad serving.

Who You Are:
• 1-2 years of experience in all aspects of end-to-end campaign management, specifically Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Trafficking & Optimization, Reporting
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager (DFP) is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical skillset with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical knowledge.
• Prior DMP experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with third-party ad servers (DFP, DSM, CheckM8, VAST video) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred; experience in any other scripting or development language (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
• Flexible, personable attitude; ability to develop excellent professional relationships with all levels of personnel.

This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.

The base salary for this role is between $56,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
