Job Description

Hearst Magazines is looking for an Associate Manager of Programmatic Operations to oversee multiple projects. You will use your experience in ad operations and programmatic to help Hearst Magazines grow programmatic revenue.

What you'll do
• Working to grow revenue through technical ad operations work supporting programmatic auction system setups and programmatic direct deals.
• Supporting technical aspects involved in managing programmatic and adtech partnerships.
• Operational tasks associated with setup and troubleshooting of programmatic direct deals
• Ad quality and compliance work

Who you are
• Experience in working with publisher ad tech platforms such as: Google Ad Manager, Google ADX, Xandr, Magnite, Triplelift, Teads, Index Exchange and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of header bidding and auction system technologies, ad servers, SSPs, DSPs and DMPs.
• Strong Analytical skills and experience working in Microsoft Excel.
• Publishing and/or Adtech experience
