The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Video Producer for HBO Go South East Asia.

As the Video Producer, you will assist in driving the operational success for video-based growth marketing campaign creative of WarnerMedia's streaming service, as well as the video production and execution of marketing campaigns promoting it. The Video Producer will be focused on creative concepting and video editing, working hands-on and collaboratively to execute video-based creative concepts for HBO Go.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and technology. He/she will have a deep understanding of the video streaming industry and be a champion for the consumer. Finally, the right candidate must be a ''doer'' who can balance longer-term strategic thinking with world-class execution. This role is part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and relentlessly challenging the status quo. This is a small lean team, and as such candidate will need to be able to get in the trenches to drive work forward and have a high output.

The Daily
• This is a hybrid producer-editor role. Strong editing and storytelling skills are a must.
• Responsible for the creative development and execution of compelling, high quality video & motion design assets to be used in a variety of paid media, product features, digital and social platforms.
• Actively participating in creative briefings to conceptualize and assist in the development and execution of creative concepts (both independently and with the team).
• Ability to bring new innovative video concepts to the table with an emphasis on A/B testing and experimentation in a growing entertainment and technology platform.
• Ability to think narratively and stylistically, with a good sense of timing, sequence and sound design.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and flawless asset deliveries to partners.

The Essentials
• 4 years+ experience working at or with a creative agency, network or studio as a digital project manager or post producer, with a heavy focus on localized A/V assets.
• Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
• Deep experience and proficiency with non-linear editing (Adobe Premiere preferred) in editing, project organization and accurate deliveries. After Effects and Photoshop experience preferred.
• Proactive self-starter, who does not need to be told what to do and will be resourceful in order to find solutions to any challenge. Unafraid to get your hands dirty and known to drive innovation.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a level of passion to match
• Experienced with fast-paced and demanding environments, possessing a high level of intellectual curiosity, and strong judgment in the face of ambiguity
