Post Production Content Coordinator

Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
• The primary responsibility of the POST PRODUCTION CONTENT COORDINATOR is to visualize, supervise and coordinate the post production content of original productions for HBO MAX platform (mostly) He/she coordinates and evaluates that all decisions reached during development,casting, pre-production and production (including shooting schedules) are reflected in the episodes of the shows.

Responsibilities:
• Work evaluating and visualizing edited content of the whole episodes and shows for HBO MAX LATAM platform (mostly Brazil);
• Each episode of each show has 4 instances of WM supervision: ROUGH CUT, FINE CUT, PICTURE LOCK, ONLINE . Coordinate the post production with the production companies regarding artistic decisions, defining the format guidelines, graphic design, music, etc;
• Supervise post production content of all original productions: speech's, timelines, deliverables, etc;
• Give feedback to his/her report and the production company about each episode of each show;
• Ensure that the bases of what the platform requested around the show are fulfilled (shooting, development).

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Cinema / Audiovisual / Communication;
• Advanced Spanish or English;
• Ability to work in multiple projects at the same time;
• Above average skills in creative problem solving.
• Experienced in post production coordination;
• Experienced in realities, talent show, cooking show;
• Above average skills in reviewing formats from a post production perspective, to ensure that approved production timelines and parameters are obtainable;
• Experience in Unscripted post production management at a major media company;
• Experience in all aspects of physical production, from pre-production through delivery, including music, Vfx, 4K and HDR delivery, etc;
• General knowledge of graphic design or art direction
