Your New Role…

We are looking for a Manager or Sr. Manager, based in LA or NY, who will provide support on and lead high impact strategies and analyses covering HBO Max, Discovery+ and other streaming initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Global Streaming Strategy, this Manager or Sr. Manager will focus on strategies and analyses that help HBO Max and Discovery+ management and teams across the globe make and implement strategic decisions. This role in particular will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of knowledge and expertise about the industry at large. This role requires a high level of collaboration with partners from teams across Warner Bros. Discovery.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Maintain advanced and nuanced knowledge of the industry and consumer trends and communicate it to key stakeholders
• Develop strategies and manage processes to advance forward cross-functional projects
• Create executive-ready presentations to summarize key findings and recommendations, and facilitate collaborate and implementation
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven and customer-centric strategies to drive growth
• Analyze on-platform behavior and business performance, partnering closely with Data and Research teams, as well as the operators
• Provide support for both Warner Bros. Discovery and Streaming management, including strategy reviews, executive presentations, and other management-level deliverables
• Collaborate with internal partners, including from Research, Data, Finance, Marketing, Product, Content, Technology, Ad Sales, and Distribution in support of initiatives

Qualifications & Experience...
• Manager: 5 years of work experience preferred, that includes one or a combination of the following:
• Sr. Manager: 7+ years of work experience preferred, that includes one or a combination of the following:
• Management consulting within the Media, Technology, or Telecom practice
• Strategy, analytics, business improvement or corporate development at a media or technology company
• Prior experience covering and assessing industry dynamics and company performance strongly preferred
• Experience with streaming and/or subscription businesses strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses and interface and present to senior executives
• Ability to facilitate processes and meetings with senior executives to target outcomes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many stakeholders and multiple simultaneous asks under tight deadlines
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Passionate about media and entertainment with a voracious appetite for industry news
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative DNA
• High level of integrity, strong work ethic, deep intellectual curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking
• Ability to thrive and take initiative in fast-paced , ambiguous situations

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $98,000.00 - $182,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
