The Job

HBO Max are looking to hire an experienced Local Original Productions (LOP) Post Production Coordinator to join their growing team. The main focus of the role will be to coordinate and oversee the preparation for and execution of post-production between external and internal parties.

The Daily
• Coordinating communication (meetings, agendas, written notes, feedback calls, technical specifications) between the wider HBO OP Team and External Production Companies.
• Working with HBO/WM Content Protection Team for content security, file delivery, workflow, and communicating specifications and approved processes to External Production Companies.
• Collaborating with Network Operations on the technical aspects of the projects ie. Quality Control (QC), localization, formats etc.
• Coordinating with HBO/WarnerMedia's Marketing/PR, Legal & Operations teams to ensure information flows and materials are delivered as per schedules.
• Coordinating and overseeing the preparation for and execution of post-production and delivery of commissioned projects between External Production Companies, Post-Production Houses and HBO/WarnerMedia.
• Updating and communicating changes in deliverables and technical requirements internally to the OP Team and to External Production Companies/Post-Production Houses.
• Coordinating and distributing merchandise to the wider HBO OP Team and productions.

The Essentials
• Very experienced in series post-production workflows and scheduling.
• Excellent knowledge of technical terms.
• Prior experience in a post-production coordinator role at a post-production facility and/or broadcaster.
• Strong communication skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and a high level of understanding Danish, Norwegian, Swedish.
• Experience in working in Microsoft 360 (Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive) and Excel.
• Ability to work independently, schedule and structure own workload, and to perform and complete all tasks to a high standard.
• Have positive energy and enthusiasm.
• A team player.
