Job Description
The Digital Media Asset Specialist, in collaboration with the Creative and Strategy teams, will oversee the assembly, management, and quality assurance of key creative assets supporting HBO, Max Originals, and HBO Max brand video promotions across off-channel broadcast, streaming, social and paid media platforms..
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee entire A/V campaigns to ensure consistency of video.
• Collaborate daily across the Strategy, Creative and Operations teams to prioritize and execute a high volume of content delivery according to the needs of the group.
• Assemble and conform A/V promo material from in- and out-of-house creative teams.
• Prep and oversee color and mix sessions, facilitating notes and revisions.
• Perform quality control analysis and adjustments as needed to promotional content
• Assure all standard deliverables are completed to spec.
• Work closely with Production Services and Support staff to stay in sync with company-wide post- production initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications /TV/Film or related
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding and functional knowledge in the areas of: Avid Media Composer, NEXIS/Interplay, Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop, color correction software, file transcoding and delivery systems.
• Excellent post-production workflow knowledge.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously while keeping up in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
