We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who recognizes the importance of recruiting the best and brightest to join our award-winning teams, but also focuses on retaining Gray staff across the country.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications
- Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience
- Interviewing
- Onboarding new employees
- Building and fostering candidate relationships
- Serve as Gray Television ''ambassador''

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Ideal candidate has experience in the broadcast news industry. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must. The successful applicant is a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task. Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is beneficial. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred, as is relevant experience.
