REVENUE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (REMOTE/USA) - CORPORATE SALES (Gray Media Group)

Job Summary/Description:

We are currently looking for a multi-talented, energetic, and organized Revenue Operations Specialist to join the Corporate Revenue Operations team. This is a support role for the systems used to support sales and sales processes across the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent organization and communication skills, work with a high level of accuracy, and be very detail-oriented.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
• ️ Handling helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting issues for the various software supported by the team.
• ️ Setup and maintenance of users in the different systems supported by the team.
• ️ Setup and maintenance of accounts in the airtime delivery system.
• ️ Train station personnel on the reconciliation process.
• ️ Provide backup on the disbursement of unwired buys from a single corporate point of contact to stations.
• ️ Special projects as assigned.
• ️ Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ College degree in a related field is preferred.
• ️ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• ️ In-depth knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic, WideOrbit Media Sales, or related traffic and avail software is a plus.
• ️ Must be self-motivated and work well under pressure.
• ️ Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• ️ Previous television, radio, or cable Traffic/Sales support-related experience preferred.
• ️ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• ️ Must have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
