WTOC 11 is a Gray television-owned CBS affiliate in Savannah, Georgia and the number one station in the market which includes eighteen counties in South Georgia's Coastal Empire and three counties in the South Carolina Low-country.
Job Summary/Description:
WTOC is seeking a Receptionist-Admin Asst. to serve as the liaison between viewers and clients who call or visit the television station. A positive attitude is a must! The position will also include basic administrative duties to support station management and projects.
Primary duties and responsibilities will be answering phones and greeting guests into secure building. Handling shipping and receiving duties, auditing on-air programming and assisting office manager with accounts payable and receivable. Will also help coordinate station staff events and client functions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Two years professional work experience and college degree preferred.
