Job Summary/Description:

KEYC-TV in Mankato, MN, has an immediate opening for a Production Assistant. Starts at $18 per hour. This part-time position involves weekend, weekday, and holiday evening newscasts and other station production. The position will require availability for weekends, holidays, weekdays, and occasional fill-in shifts.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Serve as an audio technician, assistant director or director for all productions
* Work efficiently with little supervision
* Must be able to work effectively under pressure
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
* Must have excellent communication skills and get along well with co-workers
* Understanding of all equipment in studio and production areas
* Work closely with other departments to meet all daily demands
* Training of new personnel as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ Applicant should have a career interest, training and/or experience in the television broadcast industry.
