Job Summary/Description:

WPTA-TV is seeking a Newscast Director to join our team. The right candidate will be a team player with a passion for putting on a quality show and an excitement for working with others in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities include directing daily newscast at WPTA-TV, creating graphics, editing video and working with the news department to produce our award-winning news product.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Candidates must have a strong technical knowledge of using software and hardware, good communication skills and be able to work well with others. Experience directing newscasts or similar production experience is a plus.
