WAFB-TV, Louisiana's News Channel, is the dominant CBS affiliate in Baton Rouge and the recent winner of a National Edward R. Murrow award for Best Newscast.
Job Summary/Description:
WAFB-TV is looking for a creative and passionate producer who is ready to deliver urgent, important, and unique content for our morning newscasts. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines in a high-energy environment. We are looking for a producer who is a conversational writer with a good eye for graphics and other visuals to help produce compelling newscasts. In this position, you will be responsible for producing newscasts for WAFB-TV.
