Job Summary/Description:
WBTV is looking for a creative, aggressive visual storyteller. A journalism or communication background is a big plus. We're looking for a self-motivated, excellent communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
Primary duties include gathering video, interviews, and information, editing for broadcast and digital/ social platforms, setting up/ executing multiple live shots per shift, monitoring scanners, social media, and other sources for news, and other duties as assigned. The shift may include weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
-Gather video, interviews, and information for news stories
-Edit video for broadcast and digital/social platforms
-Set up and execute live shots
-Monitor scanners, social media, and other sources for news
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Schedule flexibility is a must. This is a full-time hourly position and may include working overnights, holidays and weekends and some overtime.
