DIGITAL SALES SPECIALIST (REMOTE/USA) - GDM

About Gray Digital Media (GDM):

It's no secret that our industry is changing rapidly. The Gray Digital Media Sales team is tasked with keeping our station's sales staff in-the-know and on-the-streets selling. This position is fast-paced, challenging, strategic and rewarding.
We are looking for people who are self-starters and are interested in leading and developing great sales people. You must be comfortable with handling and working on big accounts, strategic decisions and sometimes campaign issues, from start to finish. You must be confident with change and handle opposition, as any position in sales requires.

Job Summary/Description:

The Digital Sales Support Specialist is someone who wants to be a data storyteller, is a critical thinker and enjoys problem-solving using data and analytics. You will be part of a team that collaborates with both sales and digital ad operations to review campaigns across an entire suite of digital advertising products to ensure the delivery of each campaign is met with our best-in-class industry standards. You will also help create, monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize client-facing reports and data visualizations. This is a ''remote'' position.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Collaborate with digital sales and ad operations teams to optimize campaign performance dashboards
• Provide campaign performance analysis utilizing insights from performance dashboards and website analytics
• Assist with monitoring data connections between data sources and reporting platforms
• Confirm accuracy of data presented on dashboards compared to data sources
• Perform quality assurance reviews on digital campaigns to ensure campaign accuracy
• Confirm that our campaigns meet both our company and industry standards and best practices
• Additionally, this position may be required to perform other responsibilities as assigned
