WIS-TV seeks a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to work with our entire sales team to develop and grow digital sales. The DSM owns the leadership of our station's digital strategy for developing new and incremental business while working within a multiplatform environment that demands expertise in traditional linear broadcasting products.
Duties/Responsibilities include, (but are not limited to):
- Work closely with the Local Sales Manager and report to the General Sales Manager
- Responsible for the day-to-day sales efforts, management, and training on our digital products.
- Accompany sellers to presentations on a regular basis and assist directly in closing business.
- The ideal candidate will empower our sales team members to individually deliver market-leading customer service and results for our clients.
- Must be able to demonstrate a consistent and successful track record of leadership and revenue development.
