Job Summary/Description:

WSMV 4 in Nashville is hiring a Creative Services Senior Producer to create award-worthy promotions and break-through image campaigns from conception to completion. Creative script-writing, shooting, graphics/animation and editing experience are a must. A great attitude is appreciated.

The ideal candidate will be the team leader for all marketing and audience development produced for on-air, digital, social media and streaming platforms for WSMV 4. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, team-oriented, have a positive attitude and be willing to work across all departments to forward the audience growth goals on all platforms for WSMV 4. Collaborate with CSD, Promo Manager and department staff on promos that cut through and drive results.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management.
- Broad understanding of marketing and design.
- Advanced knowledge of High-definition (HD) cameras, DSLR technology, videography, motion graphics, and proper lighting and advanced audio recording techniques.
- Exhibit advanced editing expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A passion for staying up-to-date on production trends and continually striving to push boundaries.
- The position will require day-to-day multi-tasking, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility in breaking news situations.
- Meet all deadlines, fulfill scheduling commitments, and consistently achieve deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
