About Gray Corporate Tech:

The Gray On-Air Graphics Team is part of the Gray Corporate Technology department. The graphics team is led by the Design Director, who reports to the Vice President of Broadcast Operations.

Job Summary/Description:

Design, implement and maintain creative graphic solutions for Gray stations' news production, promotion, and community affairs programming. Work collaboratively and seek efficiencies in our graphics production to have the greatest positive impact on Gray stations. Strong Ross Xpression design experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

Design and produce graphic materials for Gray Television and supporting properties. Under the direction of the Design Director, the Graphic Artist will provide regular graphics support and assistance to stations and other Gray entities as directed.

The Graphic Artist will assist in the building and troubleshooting of station graphics packages, provide design support services for special station projects, and various elements and animations for stations and other Gray entities with a special focus on Ross XPression systems.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Significant operational and design experience with Ross XPression system.
• Significant operational and design experience with the Adobe Creative Suite of design software, primarily focused in the use of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with VizRt graphic design desirable but not required.
• Experience with Cinema4D graphic design desirable but not required.
