BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST - REVD (Gray Media Group)About Gray Training Facility:
We (Gray TV) seek broadcast media professionals that can train other media professionals to develop client business relationships with our TV stations. Gray training facility is located in Charlotte, NC.
Job Summary/Description:
Gray is looking for an experienced Broadcast Media professional to help drive client business development with our TV stations and to train and develop our media professionals at our Training facility in Charlotte, NC.
This position focuses on assisting sales team members across Gray in developing revenue on any business category and on all platforms. Responsibilities also include developing sales content, client solutions and best practices on a regular basis. Travel at least twice a month to any market needed in the US is required. Consultants will also be required to help train and coach sellers and managers throughout the organization.
Please note - the primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the information listed above.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Television and Digital sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding multi-platform performance goals.
• Highly proficient in developing media plans and presenting with PowerPoint.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Travel at least two times each month. Travel includes station visits, conferences, or other business-related travel as directed by the Department Head.
