Job Description
FX is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to support the Awards & Special Events teams. This position will play a crucial role in the day-to-day workflow of the teams.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure the success of both teams
• Support Awards with submissions by reviewing clips and assets for campaign use, tracking adherence to timelines, managing invoices, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist Events with network premieres and screenings, awards events, corporate events, and festivals by sending and tracking RSVPs, creating confirmations to send to attendees, creating grids to maintain organization and accurate timelines, and budget and invoicing tracking.
• Provide ad-hoc support for premieres, screenings, events, and more, including off-site event work in the evenings and weekends
• Provide excellent high-touch customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in talent relations, events, publicity, agency, studio or network desired
• Must maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with senior executives, talent and their representatives
• Must be motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, self-assured, patient and able to prioritize work with minimal direction
• Able to independently utilize Google search for effective research, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and be proactive in resolving issues
• Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets. Familiarity with Photoshop is a strong plus.
• Able to work well in a high-volume atmosphere, and with various personalities tactfully
• Able to work some evenings and weekends as needed to assist with events

Required Education:
• Four-year college degree in Communications preferred or equivalent year of related work experience
**Please note, this role is in office 4x/week (Monday-Thursday) & working from home on Friday, sitting in our Century City location, but will be moving to Burbank end of 2025.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $58,700.00 to $78,600.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
