Job Description
FX is seeking a Coordinator to support the Advertising & Media team to execute the required media deliverables for all marketing functions across the FX brand and show campaigns, including Hulu Exclusives. This role is a key liaison with FX creative teams and agencies to streamline and successfully deliver marketing collateral materials.
Responsibilities:
• Traffic and support marketing materials as needed for marketing campaigns, and vet targeting and digital partners
• Proofread and quality control marketing materials to maintain accuracy and brand consistency
• Assist digital agency management includes scheduling briefings, establishing timelines, and reviewing creative pitches
• Create URL lists of positive coverage, review sitelists and talent for previous show coverage and overall tone and environment
• Streamline project flow in a consistent manner to multiple departments to ensure proper delivery
• Collaborate with team to develop marketing brief and strategy, gather research and competitive programming
• Organize and document all files for campaigns, as well as any new business proposals and maintain vendor resource file for department reference
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, media, or advertising within the entertainment industry, studio, or an agency.
• Experience in project coordination in a fast-paced environment a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on concise and clear delivery and direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Keynote. This role will require someone who can create presentations.
• Must live near Los Angeles, CA 90064, as this role requires being onsite 4+ days a week. Note: The office will relocate to Burbank, CA by 2026.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
• Project management experience showcasing the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Solutions oriented team player, proactive, resourceful and with a high attention to detail required.
• Must be able to pivot and adapt to changing timelines.
Education
• Four-year college degree
The hiring range for this position in CA is $64,300.00 to $86,200.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
