Job Description

• Manage the translation and translation QC schedule across simulcast and home video projects
• Process and track contractor invoices
• Act as a ''traffic controller,'' directing any translation requests or questions where they need to go
• Work as part of a team with various stakeholders throughout the company

Requirements of a successful candidate:
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as other Office products
• Must be able to keep track of multiple scheduling variables within a high-paced production environment
• Must be detail-oriented, with strict attention to all documentation and compliance rules
• Fluency in a second language is a plus
• Experience in translation management or translation is a plus
• Experience in the television, film, or gaming industries is a plus
• 2 years of experience as a coordinator in Anime or related field
