• Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with the HR team, sharing knowledge, mentoring junior members, and stepping in to assist with HR tasks during busy periods.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience in a Generalist HR role, ideally within a creative or technical business.
• Degree and/or CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information diplomatically.

• Highly organised, with a methodical approach to work and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS and an intermediate level of Excel skills.
• Ability to work well with people at all levels, bringing a calm, professional approach to difficult situations.~
• An interest in the Creative Industry.

At Framestore, you'll be part of a team that values authenticity, innovation, and collaboration. We offer a supportive environment where you can grow your career and make a real impact.
