Dispatch/Technical Librarian - Entry Level (Secondment cover initially)

A multi Oscar-winning creative studio, we have worked with some of the greatest storytellers in film today. This is an initial short-term 2-month contract. There is however a possibility for it to be extended long term. We are looking for someone who has immediate availability or at the latest to start beginning of August.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the Library and Dispatch team work cohesively to deliver a first-class service across all functions.
• Dealing with deliveries of packages, letters, drives and stock. Communicating with staff quickly and efficiently to ensure the delivery of items is dealt with promptly.
• Organising couriers to meet Framestore needs. Booking local/overnight deliveries for the London office.
• Management and maintenance of shoot kits. Make sure the cameras are always charged and the peripheral kit is returned and checked for damage. Kits are kept operational and ready for the next shoot.
• Keeping a hard copy log of all shoot kits and discrepancies.
• Management of our tape robot, including loading LTO tape media.
• Using our library system (CETA) to log incoming client media and new stock. Quickly searching for and locating existing media as required.
• Computer literate.
• Client-centred approach (even though some of the clients are 'internal'), with strong attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong team player, who's proactive.
