Sports Reporter (Part-Time)
Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

WTXF- Fox 29 Philadelphia is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and creative Sports Reporter (Part-Time) to help in the production of our newscasts. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record as a Sports Reporter in a major market, covering both Pro and College Sports teams, with a dedicated, driven and tireless work ethic and a real passion for owning your segments. This is a freelance position, primarily covering our sports coverage on the weekends, one to two days per week, and some possible fill in duties in the future. An inside knowledge of the Philadelphia Sports scene is a must. If you are great live, and are an outstanding segment producer, send us your link with some of the great stories you've produced. We require at least Three to Five Years of experience, and a four-year college degree.
