Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of U.S. television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the coordination, organization, and scheduling on-air promotion spots and social media content in support of FOX11 News, FOX Prime, and syndicated promotion materials for FOX 11 and KCOP My13. Including downloading promo spots, filling promo logs for duopoly, as well as managing dublists and promo purge lists in Wide Orbit. Position will also handle inventory reports for TVHO. Must be highly organized and a strong communicator. Works closely with Department Managers to determine promotion scheduling priorities. Also, works with department editors to supervise daily tagging of episodic promos. Interact with station artists to order tag plate graphics for tune-in. Perform other duties as needed, and as directed by the VP of Creative and Department Supervisors.

College degree preferred. Recommend to be familiar with KTTV/KCOP News & Programming. Advanced PC computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required. Familiarity and working knowledge of Wide Orbit system helpful.
