We are currently searching for an experienced and dynamic Executive Producer for the

Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong editorial sense and a proven track record of producing compelling news content. The Executive Producer will lead a team of producers, reporters, and anchors to deliver the highest quality news program to our viewers.
Daily duties include:
• Lead a team of producers, writers, editors, reporters, and anchors to produce a compelling and visually appealing news program.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the late news, including coordinating coverage, making editorial decisions, and managing staff.
• Ensure that news content is balanced, accurate, and meets the station's standards for quality and journalistic integrity.
• Collaborate with digital department to produce news content for online and social media platforms.
• Work with the news director and other senior management to develop strategies and goals for the late news.
• Stay up-to-date with current events, trends, and technologies in the news industry.
Other duties assigned as deemed appropriate and necessary.
High school diploma is required; 4-year College degree is preferred. Candidate should have 3 to 5 years' experience with fast-paced television productions. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $120,000.00-140,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
