Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of U.S. television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox13-WTVT is currently looking for an experienced Chief Photographer. The Chief Photographer is a key management position at our market leading station in beautiful Tampa Florida.

Join our team and help manage and motivate our experienced and highly creative photography staff. The Chief Photographer ensures a creative, reliable, high quality video and audio product is maintained for all of our platforms.

Candidate must be a top notch photographer, editor and remote production expert. Candidate must also be fully up to date and able to lead the news department on the latest technology including cameras, equipment and video/audio transmission.

Extensive knowledge and ability to maintain our fleet of vehicles as well as photographer equipment and remote equipment is required. Must establish and maintain high standards for photographer staff and manage their schedules.

Candidate will recruit and hire new photographers, maintain safety standards, and be ready to assist outside normal work schedules which may include weekends, sometimes on short notice. Must also be able to shoot and edit on a fill in basis.

Must maintain a valid driver's license including a clean driving record.

A minimum of five year's management experience and a Bachelor's Degree/ equivalent preferred.
