JOB DESCRIPTION

TMZ is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to build and implement product strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience retrieving and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products. As Sr. Product Manager, you are the advocate for our users; identifying opportunities to improve the experience by listening to feedback, analyzing behavior, and experimenting with features that surprise and delight our audience base. You will examine the funnel within which casual visitors become regular users and develop strategies to reduce fallout and drive conversion. This position is based onsite in Playa Vista, CA.

Responsibilities:
• Build and execute on engagement & revenue driving product roadmaps in collaboration with senior management
• Be the voice of the customer and identify opportunities to improve their experience by creating seamless and value driven products through the analysis of user behavior, performance and survey data
• Manage end to end delivery of products in the roadmap, including discovery, defining the user problem, building strong requirements, UX/UI design, forecasting, ticketing, launch planning, testing and future enhancements
• Support kanban prioritization and work closely with engineering to execute against product roadmaps
• Supervise and mentor the growth of a junior product manager
• Heavy stakeholder management and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Partner with the greater Fox organization to bring in tools, vendors, products and resources that would fuel the digital roadmap and overall TMZ business
• Areas of focus: Ad strategy, personalization, iOS/Android strategy & A/B testing framework
• Establish self as subject-matter expert on digital products, best practices, competition and the latest industry trends
• Regularly track product performance and success metrics, and report them to stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5+ years' proven experience in a Product Manager role, with the ability to demonstrate a record of success in building end to end products, preferably for digital media companies
• In depth experience in ad technology, personalization & A/B testing
• Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an agile framework with a an engineering team
• Significant experience in building product roadmaps & managing kanbans
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Experience building products and features for or with Android, iOS, Web, SDKs and APIs
• Comfortable working with the Adobe tech stack, Github, G suite, Figma and Confluence

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $130,000.00-140,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000 Per Year ($ USD)
