JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager of Strategic Promo Planning will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic marketing plans across linear and non-linear platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and extensive experience in the television landscape. The Senior Manager, Strategic Promo Planning will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal scheduling, resource allocation, and content delivery, contributing to the overall success of FOX Entertainment. Other attributes critical to your success in this role include attention to detail, eagerness to learn and grow, and strong presentation skills. The Senior Manager, Strategic Promo Planning will report into the Vice President of Strategic Promo Planning.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement comprehensive on-air and non-linear strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Analyze audience data and market trends to optimize campaigns
• Analyze the performance of on-air and non-linear content using key metrics and KPIs
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of on-air schedules across on-air and other owned networks/platforms
• Coordinate with management and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of on-air plans
• Manage the strategy and implementation of all in-show graphic marketing elements
• Lead and mentor the Manager Strategic Promo Planning, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve viewership and engagement
• Partner with the Tech team to build internal dashboards and incorporate automation into current processes
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding on-air and non-linear strategies
• Communicate plans, changes, and updates clearly and effectively

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 5+ years of experience in broadcast operations, media planning, or a related field
• Strong understanding of broadcast scheduling, content management, and television analytics
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software and broadcast management systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $95,000.00-115,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
