JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Entertainment's Marketing team is seeking a Production Manager who will be an exceptional addition to the Creative Advertising team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for obtaining all promotional materials for FOX Entertainment's award-winning campaigns and juggle a diverse set of responsibilities. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that reports to the Vice President of Production Marketing and requires a confident and strategic communicator, a dedicated team player, a proactive and positive thinker, and someone able to exercise good judgment and initiative.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Obtain and distribute all creative media assets including dailies, rough cuts, onlines, aircopies, off-air records, high res footage, audio elements, stock footage etc for assigned shows
• Create and maintain strong relationships with producers, studio/network executives, network operations, vendors, and production staff essential to efficiently creative marketing promotions for current & unscripted & upcoming pilots & series
• Work closely with Business Affairs, Legal, Programming/Development, Post-Production, and Technology groups to advise on all questions and concerns about the show's production process
• Ensure that all promotional spots are legally cleared before they hit air, including the timely communication of legal restrictions of talent and show clearances (such as copyrighted material used within a show clip)
• Acquire and manage all documents (one sheets, press releases, talent updates and show rundowns) from production companies and our Development and Publicity teams
• Partner with the Vice President of Production to ensure all Post-Production offices are adhering to and maintaining the network delivery requirements for Marketing and procedures set by Fox Entertainment
• Communicate with editors and writer/producers regarding shot restrictions, general dailies information, and delivery of audio and visual effects for assigned shows; traffic and deliver key assets such as avid bins, AAFS, video files and graphics in a timely manner
• Process necessary licensing agreements when permission is approved and granted, including contacting talent and copyright holders for clips planned to be included in promotions when needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2-3+ years in a production environment in TV or Film
• Technical knowledge in the operation of standard post-production equipment including Avid Media Composer, DnX/ProRes, Aspera, and encoding
• Proficiency in Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, BOX and Aspera
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Overall understanding of Legal Affairs
• Effective problem solver & ability to multi-task
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Willingness to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters and on weekends
• Our highly demanding deadline drive environment requires for this position to be efficient and quick with answers and resolutions

• BA/BS preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with broadcast and digital standards
