And we are looking for a Travel Expense Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detailed, and enthusiastic candidate to be responsible for assisting with the administration of programs and support employee travel and administrative services such as travel support, managing stationery, transportation, phone and other service accounts

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Program administrator for corporate credit card programs including:
• Travel and expense reimbursement card applications
• Purchase card program, including management of card limits, collection of monthly spend data
• Guest travel payments
• Administrative support for web-based travel expense reimbursement system, including user training, support, system management, and technical testing for upgrades
• Customer service role to handle employee issues related to T&E system, Travel and credit card programs
• Administrative services for car service accounts, periodicals, stationery, office supplies, etc.
• Payment support for telecom invoices, car service and other admin related accounts
• Support system testing and implementation
• Special projects as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• One or more years of relevant experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking with attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent follow-up skills

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with travel agencies and travel card providers
