JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Corporation is seeking a Travel Coordinator.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle high volume travel covering all divisions of FOX with a concentration in TV Production and Publicity / VIP / FOX Sports Production.
• Communicate with all levels of employees and talent to provide exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner.
• Serve as back-up to support other coordinators and divisions across FOX

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Entertainment / Production travel experience requited in high volume environment.
• Strong SABRE GDS skills, as well as working knowledge of WORD/EXCEL and OUTLOOK
• Proven communications and customer service skills in an intense, fast paced environment
• Experience with group travel is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented personality

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $21.25-28.75 per hour for California, Washington, New York City and Westchester County, NY. $17.50-23.75 per hour for Colorado. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
