JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox News Media is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Marketing for FOX News Media and the Fox News Media Team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be a team player that can work independently while exercising sound judgment and taking initiative. In addition to managing all administrative tasks, you will take on entry-level marketing projects as assigned.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; process expense reports; handle cross-department communication
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the team
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
• Screen incoming calls; prepare and/or review confidential memos, correspondence, business updates, meeting notes, support/work on PowerPoint presentations and complex reports
• Manage all aspects of business travel and travel agendas
• Manage marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the SVP and team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Strong interest in Marketing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented nature
• Adaptable team player with a self-starter attitude
• Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
• A positive ''Can Do'' attitude
