JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Sales/Marketing for Studio Operations will oversee all aspects of marketing in support of the Lot Operations team; ensuring revenue goals are met. This role is responsible for the advertising of Post Production Sound Services, Special Events / Food Services, and Production Services which include Set Lighting, Grip, Transportation, Staff, Paint, Wardrobe and is home to 15 different sound stages, New York Street, and iconic locations around the studio lot.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee Production Services Marketing budget of $400K
• Create Ad Campaigns (Print and Digital) from concept through final marketing
• Create and maintain the Studio Lot Brochure to feature all Lot Services
• Works closely with Grip, Transportation, Set Lighting, Postproduction Sound Services, and Product Vendors
• Oversees FOX Studio Lot Website
• Support and Collaborate with Department Heads on marketing initiatives to include sales, mailings, trade shows, and other sales materials
• Manage Studio Operations Online Accounts (Meta/Instagram/Twitter/Facebook)
• Works with various Departments within Fox at Lot Sponsorship Events
• Identify additional Marketing Target Areas such as Billboards, /Truck Wraps, etc.
• Evaluate and develop a sales/marketing strategy to capitalize on opportunities for each Division/Department within Studio Operations.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 10+ years in marketing / brand creation and management
• Demonstrated experience in marketing ideation and brand creation
• Experience in Social Media platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of production and post-production services
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and good judgement in all interactions
• Positive attitude and can-do spirit

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $102,500.00-137,500.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
