Job Description
Billboard seeks a talented individual to join the video team to fill the role of Line Producer in our LA or NY Offices. This role is an integral part of the video team, responsible to managing and tracking video logistics, budgets, and project timelines.

It is a multi-faceted position that involves all levels of production and will be key driving success to the overall video team. Candidates need to be able to manage multiple projects at once, especially related to video logistics, budgeting and programming. The Line Producer will work directly with producers, content managers, and editors to ensure all projects are on track and delivered on a timely basis. Being nimble and willing to do what's needed to ensure all projects are managed effectively will fuel your success in this role and lead to growth opportunities within a team that loves to build careers.

Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain programming calendar
• Update and maintain team's budgets
• Organize and track workflow on incoming video requests and open projects
• Maintain production schedule, ensuring all video requests are updated and added to production workflow on a daily basis
• Work closely with the production & post teams to make sure projects are pacing on schedule
• Handle both logistical and creative production elements (i.e. booking crew, coordinating set needs, managing vendors, Pre-pro meetings, call sheets, etc.)
• On-site Production on shoots as needed
• Point of contact for in-house shoots; coordinating with talent teams to ensure high level hospitality and communication
• Support event or branded content video needs and track project progress
• Ideating and brainstorming concepts and scripts as needed
• Maintain freelancer database and support producers on crewing up for shoots as needed.
• Work with producers and content managers to ensure all content gets delivered on time for prep & posting across platforms
• Manage invoicing process with vendors and submit into internal invoicing platform
• Liaison between videographer and Post Supervisor post-shoot to deliver footage/assets needed
• Securing credentials for crews at events, awards shows, festivals, etc.

• VP Video
• Sr. Creative Prod.
• Post Supervisor
• SVP Talent (Booker)

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Should have at least 5 years of production experience
• Problem-solver and solution-oriented person who knows how to figure things out to achieve goals
• Knowledge and full understanding of industry-standard production process, roles, practices, and protocol
• Self-starter who is comfortable working within tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Experience with budgeting and budget management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Thrives on managing projects with many moving parts; able to multi-task and manage multiple shoots and projects going on at the same time
• Strong rolodex of freelancers to support all aspects of production & content creation process
• Experience with Airtable a plus

Salary range: $75K-85K. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
