Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

The Real Estate Department at Fox Corporation oversees and manages the company's global real estate holdings including owned and leased properties. The Real Estate Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating key elements of various projects to ensure delivery is on time, on budget and satisfactory for executives and the business unit.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Update and reconcile property data and records in a database
• Prepare and submit expense reports and process department invoices
• Interface between departments, source incoming inquiries and prioritize for immediate resolution with department staff
• Coordinate project budgets, billing, and schedules
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client groups and company executives
• Create and maintain digital and hard copy project files
• Provide administrative support including answering phones, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, setting up conference rooms/calls as needed, arranging drive-on passes for guests and maintaining contact database
• Email support, mail, filing and copying, composing routine correspondence
• Assist with departmental projects as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• At least one year of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally in a corporate real estate, facilities, or legal department
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience in database utilization
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to remain organized under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to problem solve and multi-task effectively in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities
• Demonstrated experience interacting and corresponding diplomatically and appropriately with all staff levels, including senior executives
• Flexible and able to take direction with ease
• Critical thinking, with the ability to take initiative and be self-motivated
• Demonstrated history of managing and maintaining confidential information

• A Bachelor's degree is awesome, but not required
