Job Description

Our Broadcast Distribution & Marketing team is looking for a Coordinator to join the team and support the department's marketing efforts in conjunction with our 208 FOX affiliate partners. Duties include compiling and distributing marketing materials in alignment with network campaign strategies, fulfilling requests for marketing assets, and facilitating marketing and operational processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all internal areas of marketing at FOX Entertainment, FOX Sports as well as our external distribution partners.

• Maintain on-air promotion portal and e-alert distribution, and ensure all assets are updated and reflect the latest network priorities
• Maintain updated FOX affiliate market lists and promotional shipping grids with necessary approvals from market reps
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives including building and distributing station e-alerts, tracking in-market activations, and providing campaign recaps
• Assist with social and digital projects including building and distributing affiliate daily social blasts and tracking across FOX affiliate channels
• Track promo inventory garnered across affiliate dayparts for FOX Primetime shows
• Act as a liaison between FOX Entertainment and a select number of broadcast Affiliates in coordination with station reps
• Serve as an assistant brand manager on select FOX prime shows
• Compose project summaries for FOX affiliate initiatives/campaigns to be used in updating affiliate promotion calendars and internal marketing memos
• Maintain departmental tracking documents including calendars, planning grids, department manuals, etc.
• Schedule and book affiliate department meetings, create meeting agendas, and distribute post-meeting recap notes
• Monitor affiliate giveaway inventory and distribution tracking for assigned markets
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years job experience in TV marketing or related field
• Must have a desire to learn about all aspects of television marketing
• Basic math skills required
• Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respectfully interface with executives from various departments and divisions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a challenging environment with multiple deadlines
• Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and excellent follow-through skills
• A self-starter with a positive attitude, able to take initiative and work independently
• Available to work overtime as needed

• A Bachelor's degree
• Local TV station experience
• Social media marketing background
