JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Entertainment is looking for a Manager of National Media to help facilitate the strategic planning, buying, and implementation of digital media for the FBC National Media team. You will be responsible for understanding the digital media marketplace and managing the agency that places media on our behalf. You will also provide support in strategic planning, budgets, implementation and post-performance for all digital activity bought to support FBC prime-time shows.

This position is based in Los Angeles.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with and manage the day-to-day duties of our digital agency to ensure media plans and creative materials are timely
• Manage and work with Media Coordinator to ensure all creative assets are requested and trafficked appropriately
• Work with team to develop activation strategy for Paid Media efforts across OTT/CTV, Social, Programmatic, YouTube, and Digital direct partnerships
• Work with internal departments (i.e. Design/Social/Special Ops) and external partners to coordinate the creation, management, communication, and delivery of digital, social, and on-site activation assets
• Provide support across general marketing processes including meeting set up and notes, invoice processing, budget tracking
• Evaluate emerging new media opportunities
• Evaluate all marketing opportunities for FOX as it pertains to media buying
• Research, evaluate, and manage custom media programs that include both digital and traditional elements
• Evaluate all digital partners performances, project, and re-rate
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with digital partners to facilitate negotiations and secure the most efficient annual rates, added value, promotions and other marketing benefits
• Maintain and update orders as they run and manage delivery and execution
• Attend appropriate market strategy meetings
• Resolve billing discrepancies, assist with spending report projects, and steward placement of orders from negotiation through execution on-air and on-line
• Oversee any day to day troubleshooting for respective campaigns across OTT/CTV, Social, Programmatic, YouTube, and Digital direct partnerships
• Consistently build and maintain relationships with vendors and associates
• Demonstrate an overall understanding of FOX's goals and satisfactorily deliver for marketing expectations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years experience working in Media
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer
• Basic math and buying formulas in relation to cpp, cpms and media math evaluations and deliveries
• Strong software system and program knowledge along with comprehension of the workflow process
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints
• Ability to follow direction, work independently as well as in a team environment
