JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Entertainment is looking for an experienced YouTube Channel who is passionate about television and all things YouTube and social media. You will manage the overall content & channel strategies for key YouTube channels, working to create innovative campaigns that engage and excite fans and support our business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven YouTube channel management expert with a proven track record of developing audiences and increasing engagement on the YouTube platform.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the upload/publishing and optimization of content to FOX Entertainment's YouTube channels and oversee general day to day operations
• Work with our agency develop and optimize titles, tags, descriptions, cards, playlists, thumbnails and other content/features across the channel(s)
• Work with producers and post teams to track content delivery and maintain master publishing schedules/calendars
• Work in sync with FOX Entertainment Piracy team on content ID strategy and best practices
• Support short-form content strategy development by providing regular YouTube analytics content performance insights
• Regularly report and share channel performance with senior creative and business stakeholders
• Attend weekly brainstorms and scheduled interdepartmental meetings
• Update team on progress/status/issues/troubleshooting on a weekly basis
• Develop., track, and maintain overall content-tracking calendar
• Take responsibility for the overall look and design of all channels and make sure they obey all relevant branding guidelines and proper show information
• Develop and maintain channel health and operations reports for team
• Monitoring sentiment and comments on videos, creating sentiment reports along with metric reports

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2 to 3 years of experience working in Digital Media for a content publisher or agency
• Experience using YouTube's Creator Studio
• Experience writing social media copy, video titles, and descriptions
• Experience interpreting data, building presentation decks, and sharing analytical conclusions
• Demonstrated passion for youth-oriented media, YouTube and the social video space
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with high proficiency in English copy
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Possess an optimistic can-do attitude
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
