Job Description

The Coordinator for Content Partnerships & Social Media will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and project based tasks for the VP of Content Partnerships and the VP, Social Media. This role will work closely with all members of the team as a liaison and have the opportunity to learn the inner workings of a Marketing team and explore various opportunities.

• Process asset delivery to our Multi-Platform Distribution Partners (ie. Hulu, Apple, Amazon, Tubi), as well as our .com
• Process and manage department invoices, expense authorizations, and submissions to Accounts Payable
• Manage the monthly Content Partnerships & Social Media Budgets and track Expense Authorizations
• Weekly auditing of distribution platforms to ensure consistent messaging and capture support highlights
• Provide support to the Social Media team with creating toolkits, asset management, events, etc.
• Work with Social Media agencies to assist with invoice processing and meeting schedules
• Assist the larger Content Partnerships and Social media team with logistics, travel, and set-up for any related activities
• Assist Content Partnerships and Social teams with various partner and vendor onboarding and evaluations
• Participate and contribute to team brainstorming sessions
• Interact with internal departments, business partners, and vendors coordinating marketing activities and logistics as needed
• Support two VPs with calendar management, travel, expense reports, and other administrative tasks

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

• Bachelor's Degree
• Past marketing entry level experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $21.25-27.89 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $21.25 to $27.89 Per Hour ($ USD)
