JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an exceptional Associate Producer to join the Kennedy team on Fox Business Network. As an Associate Producer, your duties will include writing and producing segments and putting together guest packets. You will also help extensively in the control room. We're looking for a proactive, passionate, and self-motivated individual who can multitask in high-pressure situations. As the Associate Producer, you are a team player that works well with diverse editorial staff, guests, and technical teams.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research and produce segments on various topics on a daily basis
• Compile in-depth research packets for Kennedy's nightly monologue
• Write dynamic, catchy scripts
• Pitch guest segment and story ideas
• Build graphics and lower thirds that help emphasize and enlighten the viewer
• Edit VO's and soundbites for air

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3 years of television news experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize on a daily basis, especially in breaking news situations
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience with iNews and Viz systems
• A passion for current events and politics
