Graphics Finishing Coordinator/Producer

Job Description

Keep Me Posted, a FotoKem company, has an immediate opening for someone who is extremely organized; detail oriented, and has experience working in motion graphics in a network promotion environment. This is a fast paced position where decisions need to be made quickly and materials delivered on a tight schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Plan, manage and oversee all motion graphics production

• Work with Producers/ Editors/ Graphic producers to ensure all elements are prepared.

• Ensure accurate delivery specifications are met

• Produce daily assignment sheet for designers.

• Communicate Branding Director’s notes and instructions to the designers.

• Coordinate delivery of graphic assets to edit rooms.

• Work with graphic artists, to assure all elements needed for editorial are ready, and file paths sent to the  appropriate people.

• Provide proper reports or documentation as needed.

• Insure accurate reporting and accounting of designer hours and projects.

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4D

• Graphic quality check for spelling and appropriate tagging.

• Attend weekly Graphic Production meetings.
